Ni Jun's Overseas Public Announcement – Traveling to Turkey

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Turkey, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to Turkey on October 20, 2023, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for 11 days.
Under export contract M22TK01E014, 20 vulcanizing machines arrived at the Turkish port on August 5, 2023. Customs clearance was completed on August 15, and by August 31, the customer had already unloaded all the goods at the designated location. Comrade Ni Jun has applied to visit the Turkish customer between October 20 and October 30, 2023, to confirm the installation progress of the vulcanizing machines.
The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 38,052 yuan.
