Zhao Qiang's Overseas Public Announcement – Traveling to Pakistan

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Pakistan, after careful consideration, it has been decided to send Zhao Qiang from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of our group—to Pakistan on September 1, 2023, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for approximately 30 days.
Pakistan, as a key hub for tire and rubber industry development in Central Asia, boasts immense untapped market potential in this sector. This time, Zhao Qiang from the machinery company traveled to Pakistan to engage in business discussions with clients—first, to further expand the company’s presence in the region and strengthen its brand visibility in the global market; second, because in 2022, the company secured contracts worth over 10 million RMB with Pakistani customers, delivering nearly 100 units of rubber machinery equipment tailored for complete plant turnkey projects at tire factories. Currently, after installation is complete, the customer is awaiting the final stages of production debugging and technology transfer. Meanwhile, several local competitors have already entered the bidding process for this project. To avoid losing out on this critical opportunity—and to safeguard the company’s long-term business growth and strategic positioning in Pakistan—we are now requesting permission to travel to Pakistan for direct negotiations with the client.
The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel this year, totaling approximately 88,404.8 yuan.
