To strengthen and expand our business operations in the Czech Republic, after careful consideration, it has been decided to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to the Czech Republic on November 26, 2023, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for 15 days.
We have received an invitation from the Board of Directors of Czech company Buzuluk A.S. to attend their annual board meeting. After missing the past three years due to the pandemic, we’ve been out of touch with the company’s current operations and performance. This is a perfect opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the company’s recent developments, allowing us to discuss and collaborate with all board members on the strategic direction for the company’s future growth.
The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for temporary official overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 46,030 yuan.
