Ni Jun's Overseas Public Announcement – Traveling to Turkey

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Turkey, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of our group—to Turkey on July 12, 2023, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for approximately 30 days.
Our company is exporting 20 vulcanizing machines under export contract M22TK01E014. Shipment is expected to be completed by June 28, 2023, with the vessel departing on June 30. We will ensure that all documents for L/C negotiation are submitted by July 10 at the latest. Meanwhile, the project loan of RMB 23 million from the Tianjin Branch of China Construction Bank is set to mature on August 10, 2023. To expedite payment from our Turkish customer before the loan deadline, our colleague Ni Jun has specially applied to visit the client in Turkey.
The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for temporary official overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 69,350 yuan.
