Zhao Qiang's Overseas Public Announcement – Departing for Bangladesh

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Bangladesh, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Zhao Qiang from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to Bangladesh on April 15, 2023, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for approximately 15 days.
Bangladesh, as a key development hub for the tire and rubber industries in Central Asia, boasts immense untapped market potential in this sector. At the invitation of our client, EAST ASIAN COX.PVT. LTD., we recently traveled to negotiate the planning and layout for a new internal mixer, as well as discuss procurement plans for complementary auxiliary equipment and small-scale material-handling machines. Additionally, we provided guidance on the installation of previously delivered machinery.
During this visit, we not only engaged in active discussions with the client to explore collaborative business opportunities but also seized the chance to expand our regional footprint—strengthening our company’s presence in the global market even further. At the same time, we remain committed to proactively cultivating new customers while nurturing relationships with our existing ones, ensuring we solidify our company’s leadership position in Bangladesh’s rubber machinery market.
As we continue to grow our business, we’re also dedicated to promoting our company’s core values and brand identity, fostering both professional excellence and lasting customer trust.
The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 36,168 yuan.
