Ni Jun's Overseas Public Announcement – Traveling to Thailand

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Thailand, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. to Thailand on March 24, 2023, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for seven days.
We are pleased to accept the invitation from our Thai clients to attend the Rubber Machinery Exhibition, taking place from March 25 to March 27 in Thailand. Additionally, we will accompany the clients on visits to other local customers, fostering business discussions and exploring opportunities to expand our presence in the region.
The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 19,901.5 yuan.
