Wang Tianxiang and Han Bing Officially Announced for Overseas Trip—Heading to Indonesia

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Indonesia, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Wang Tianxiang and Han Bing from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of our group—to Indonesia on September 15, 2025, to discuss business opportunities. They are expected to stay abroad for six days.
Last year, our company signed a contract to export a set of end-plate equipment to PT. MULTI INDO JOINT PLATE in Indonesia, with a total contract value of USD 500,000. This year, the equipment has already been successfully exported and has arrived at the customer’s factory. Currently, the client has expressed strong interest in expanding our collaboration further, exploring opportunities for a new steel reinforcement production line. They’ve requested that our team send representatives to Indonesia for face-to-face discussions on this potential partnership, as well as to coordinate the installation, commissioning, and after-sales support services for the existing equipment. As part of this visit, we aim to deepen our cooperative intentions while also discussing the possibility of importing additional equipment to meet their growing needs. Additionally, we’ll assist the client with the subsequent installation and commissioning processes. To further strengthen our relationship, we plan to leverage the client’s introduction to visit other Chinese-invested companies within the local industrial park, actively seeking new avenues for collaboration and broadening our joint business portfolio. Finally, we will pay a courtesy visit to China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE) at its Jakarta branch.
Our department hopes that this on-site visit to our Indonesian client will demonstrate our company's sincerity, helping us build a stronger, more trustworthy partnership and ultimately accelerating the successful conclusion of new projects. At the same time, we aim to gather valuable business insights from this client, enabling us to develop innovative new products and expand into broader markets and areas of operation. Additionally, this opportunity will allow us to conduct a thorough on-site assessment of the client’s company operations, enabling us to evaluate potential risks effectively.
The expenses related to the delegation members will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. These costs have already been included in the company’s current-year budget for temporary official overseas (or border-crossing) travel, with funding sourced from the company’s internal funds. The estimated cost per person is approximately 14,285 yuan.
