Zhang Peng's Overseas Announcement – Departing for Rwanda

2025-08-05

Our company's sales representative, Comrade Zhang Peng, is currently stationed in Uganda on a long-term assignment. To strengthen and expand our business presence in the African market, after careful consideration, we have decided to send Comrade Zhang Peng to Rwanda on September 8, 2025, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay there for five days.

Our company has been exporting agricultural tools to Africa since the 1950s. The company’s three flagship trademarks—“Rooster,” “Diamond,” and “Swallow”—have been recognized as “Famous Trademarks of Tianjin City,” “Well-Known International Brands in Tianjin,” and “Key Export Brands Being Cultivated and Developed by Tianjin City,” respectively. These iconic brands ensure strong sales of our agricultural products across the African continent, generating annual export revenues exceeding tens of millions of U.S. dollars and contributing significantly to our company’s robust economic performance.

Rwanda is a traditional market for our company. To strengthen our day-to-day operations in the Rwandan region and solidify and expand our agricultural tool business in the local market, we conducted on-site visits to assess our customers' sales performance as well as monitor our competitors. By meeting directly with local clients, we fostered face-to-face communication, reinforcing our partnerships and enabling us to develop tailored marketing strategies and product improvement initiatives. This approach will further enhance our market presence and increase both the sales volume and market share of our agricultural tools in Rwanda.

By visiting customers, we thoroughly listen to their suggestions and feedback, gathering firsthand insights that help the company enhance service quality and improve product offerings. Additionally, conducting on-site market research and outreach allows us to strengthen relationships with existing clients, while simultaneously exploring new markets, developing innovative products, and identifying fresh opportunities for collaboration.

The expenses related to the delegation members will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. These costs have already been included in the company's annual budget for temporary official overseas (or border-crossing) travel, with funding sourced directly from the company's internal funds. The estimated cost per person is approximately 10,976 yuan.

Details of the visiting delegation:
