By meeting with local customers face-to-face, we’ll gather firsthand insights to develop tailored marketing strategies and product improvement initiatives, further strengthening and increasing our market share for agricultural tools across Africa. Additionally, we addressed specific challenges faced by our Ugandan subsidiary during the visit, reorganizing their team structure to better leverage the company’s role as a key regional hub in Africa—enabling it to effectively serve neighboring markets. We also engaged with established customers in traditional markets such as Tanzania and Rwanda, gathering invaluable market intelligence that will inform our broader sales strategy. Meanwhile, by visiting Rwandan clients directly, we gained a deeper understanding of local competition dynamics and the reasons behind recent market declines, allowing us to collaborate with them on crafting innovative new sales approaches aimed at reclaiming and solidifying our existing market position. Visited our Tanzanian customer to gain insights into our product sales and market competition, and based on the current situation, developed the next steps in our sales strategy to further strengthen and expand our product market share.
