Wang Tianxiang's Overseas Announcement – Departing for Turkey

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Turkey, after careful consideration, it has been decided to send Wang Tianxiang from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to Turkey on December 9, 2024, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for five days.
Under export contract M22TK01E014, 20 vulcanizing machines have been successfully installed and commissioned as of October 18, 2024. To further strengthen our cooperative relationship, the Turkish customer has specially invited our company’s team to visit their factory for business discussions. During this trip, we will tour the customer’s facility, observe equipment operations firsthand, and discuss specific next steps, including the upcoming work plan.
The expenses related to the delegation members will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. These costs have already been included in the company’s current-year budget for temporary official overseas (or border-crossing) travel, with funding sourced from the company’s internal funds. The estimated cost per person is approximately 17,560 yuan.
