Ni Jun's Overseas Public Announcement – Traveling to Sri Lanka

In order to consolidate and expand business in Sri Lanka, it has been decided after research to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import and Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to Sri Lanka on August 27, 2024, to negotiate business, with an expected stay of 10 days abroad.
From August 30 to September 1, 2024, the largest trade exhibition in Sri Lanka will be grandly held in Colombo, showcasing the latest plastic and rubber machinery and raw materials. The main purpose of this visit is to attend the 2024 Sri Lanka International Plastic and Rubber Exhibition. SRILANKA PLAS is the only business platform for the plastic industry in Sri Lanka, gathering domestic brands from equipment manufacturers, exporters, and raw material suppliers, attracting buyers from all over Sri Lanka and neighboring Asian countries. The previous exhibition had 80 participating companies, 80% of which expressed their intention to continue participating in the 2024 SRILANKA PLAS. Visitors came from neighboring countries including India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Myanmar, and Vietnam. The exhibits cover raw materials, composites, specialty chemicals, masterbatches, additives, colorants, fillers, processing machinery, conversion equipment, printing, decoration, cutting, lamination, auxiliary equipment, dryers, mixers, conveyors, and other products.
By participating in the exhibition, we can promote and recommend high-quality products, establish brand image, meet more customers, and seize the first-mover advantage in the Sri Lankan market, which is a first-come, first-served market. The Sri Lankan market has considerable development potential. During the exhibition, we will develop potential customers, actively visit clients before and after the exhibition, conduct business negotiations, and seek cooperation opportunities.
The related expenses for the visiting personnel will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import and Export Co., Ltd. These have been included in the company's annual budget for official temporary overseas trips, funded by corporate funds, with an estimated cost of about 24,229.6 yuan per person.
