To strengthen and expand our business presence in the Vietnamese market, after careful consideration, we have decided to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to Vietnam on June 10, 2024, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for six days.

The Rubber and Tyre Vietnam Exhibition is Vietnam’s only specialized trade show dedicated to the growth of the rubber and tire industry. Backed by strong support and participation from authoritative organizations such as Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, Vietnam Rubber Association, China Rubber Industry Association, All India Rubber Association, and China National Chemical Corporation, the event has significantly enhanced its global influence. This year’s exhibition features 185 exhibitors, showcasing a wide range of products, including various types of tires, retreaded tires, rims, valves, and related accessories; natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber, carbon black, additives, and fillers; rubber hoses, tapes, latex products, seals, rubber components, and miscellaneous items; conveyor belts; as well as diverse industrial, agricultural, medical, and everyday rubber goods. During the event, attendees actively explored Vietnam’s growing demand in the tire sector, seeking opportunities to expand collaborative partnerships. At the invitation of clients, the primary purpose of this visit was to attend the 2024 Vietnam Rubber and Tyre Exhibition, held from June 12 to 14 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. These costs have already been included in the company’s current-year budget for temporary official overseas (or border-crossing) travel, which is funded entirely from the company’s internal resources. The estimated cost per person is approximately 10,936.8 yuan.
