Ni Jun's Overseas Public Announcement – Traveling to Turkey

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Turkey, after careful consideration, it has been decided to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of our group—to Turkey on February 29, 2024, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for 12 days.
Under export contract M22TK01E014, 20 vulcanizing machines arrived at the Turkish port on August 5, 2023. Customs clearance was completed by August 15, and the customer ensured all goods were unloaded at the designated location by November 30. Additionally, factory and foundation work is scheduled to be finished by March 1, 2024. Comrade Ni Jun has requested a visit to the Turkish client from February 29 to March 11, 2024, to confirm the installation progress of the vulcanizing machines.
The expenses related to the delegation will be covered by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 39,656 yuan.
