To strengthen and expand our business operations in Turkey, after careful consideration, it has been decided to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to Russia on April 12, 2024, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for nine days.

The Moscow International Tire and Rubber Exhibition—Rubber Expo is one of the largest specialized trade shows in Russia and the CIS region, and it is the only tire, rubber manufacturing, and trade exhibition in Russia, renowned for its strong industry focus and wide-reaching influence. Held annually, the event is organized by ZAO Exhibition Company of Moscow, Russia, covering a total area of 15,000 square meters. It attracts up to 300 exhibitors and draws over 10,000 visitors. The exhibition’s product categories include: 1. Tires and Rubber: A diverse range of tires, retreaded tires, rims, valves, and related products such as synthetic rubber, raw materials for synthetic rubber production, and equipment for processing these materials. Additionally, items like conveyor belts, hoses, tapes, latex products, seals, rubber components, and miscellaneous rubber goods are featured. 2. Rubber Products: Various industrial, agricultural, medical, and everyday-use rubber products. 3. Machinery and Equipment: Equipment for manufacturing rubber and plastic products, as well as machinery for testing and quality control. The primary purpose of this visit is to explore the Rubber and Tire Exhibition held in Moscow, meet with partners during the show, and discuss key topics such as the 2024 sales strategy, market trend analysis, and appropriate response measures. Throughout the event, we aim to gain valuable insights into the current demands of the Russian tire industry and identify opportunities to strengthen our collaborative partnerships.

The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 31,863.1 yuan.
