To strengthen and expand our business operations in Iran, after careful consideration, it has been decided to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of our group—to Iran on January 6, 2024, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for eight days.

This visit is to attend the 7th Iran International Tire & Rubber Exhibition, hosted by RIERCO in Tehran in 2024. We aim to strengthen and deepen our ongoing collaboration with existing clients over the three-day exhibition period, from January 9 to 11. At the same time, we’ll engage in business discussions with exhibitors, forge new professional connections, identify potential partners, and actively explore opportunities for mutual cooperation. On January 12, we’ll meet with new clients to discuss potential partnerships and reflect on the outcomes of the exhibition.

The expenses related to the delegation will be covered by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 21,916.6 yuan.
