During this visit, the machinery company repeatedly informed the customer about different advising banks for the letter of credit, which has left the customer deeply concerned about the company’s ability to fulfill its contractual obligations. As a result, the financing leasing company conducted a "creditworthiness investigation" on the machinery company—and the findings were decidedly "negative." Consequently, the customer now wishes to revise the payment terms in the contract, opting instead for an immediate collection method for the letter of credit portion. Comrade Ni Jun must urgently travel to Turkey to promptly communicate with the customer and urge them to open the letter of credit as soon as possible.

The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses this year, totaling approximately 49,150 yuan.
