International Announcement – Li Dongming Heads to Zambia

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Zambia, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Li Dongming from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to Zambia from January 10, 2022, to May 10, 2022, to discuss business opportunities.
Our company received the award notification on October 13, 2021, from WAH KONG Enterprises Limited for the Zambia King's Hospital Medical Equipment Project. To fulfill the project party's technical exchange task with the local Ministry of Health regarding the medical equipment and to finalize the procurement list of project equipment, we have been invited by WAH KONG Enterprises Limited to conduct an on-site visit to the project site.
Due to the extensive list of items involved in this overseas visit program, combined with the ongoing pandemic situation abroad and the respective quarantine policies of both countries, the proposed itinerary anticipates a total stay of 120 days outside China.
The expenses related to the delegation will be covered by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling approximately 304,080 yuan.
Our company publicly announced information about Comrade Li Dongming’s mission group, which traveled to Zambia from November 29 to December 7, 2021, for business negotiation purposes, for a period of 7 working days via our internal intranet.
