International Travel Announcement – Li Weijie Heads to Pakistan

2021-02-25

To strengthen and expand our business operations in Pakistan, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Li Weijie from Tianjin Shitong Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a company under our group, to Pakistan from April 20, 2021, to July 18, 2021, to discuss business opportunities.

Our company exported a set of high-temperature equipment to Pakistan at the end of 2018. The customer has already completed the civil construction work, including the foundation and factory building. At the customer’s invitation, representatives from our company, along with representatives from the equipment supplier, will travel together to Pakistan to carry out preliminary installation and commissioning activities for this project. These tasks will include inspecting whether the equipment facility, foundation, and utility systems meet the equipment’s requirements. Additionally, we’ll collaborate with the customer, the equipment supplier, and our team to unpack the equipment, perform an initial visual inspection, and verify the completeness of all equipment components and spare parts.

Since the project involves a large number of equipment pieces, and considering that pandemic-related factors may slow down progress, we are requesting a total project timeline of 90 days for installation and commissioning. The expenses related to the delegation will be borne by Tianjin Shitong Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's current-year budget for official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses, totaling RMB 160,675.05.
