International Travel Announcement – Cui Yifang Heads to Germany
2019-12-02
To strengthen and expand our business operations in Germany, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Comrade Cui Yifang from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our group, to Germany from March 28 to April 5, 2020, to discuss business opportunities.
To further expand into international markets, gain insights into industry trends and emerging technologies, and promote our export products, our company has applied to reserve a booth at the International Tube & Wire Exhibition (TUBE&WIRE 2020), scheduled to take place from March 28 to April 4, 2020, in Düsseldorf, Germany. This exhibition is a highly influential event in the global tube and wire industries, boasting over 30 years of rich history. Known for its large scale, strong technical focus, and significant participation, the show attracted attendees from 57 countries last year. In 2018, the previous edition drew 1,241 exhibitors representing 1241 companies across the globe, while more than 70,000 professional visitors from 134 nations came to explore the latest innovations and opportunities.
For many years, our company has been actively exporting steel cord equipment, providing drawing and twisting machinery to international clients—including France’s Michelin and Italy’s EURODRAW. However, this year, due to intense competition and a sluggish market, sales have declined, making it crucial for us to step out and promote our products more aggressively, while simultaneously exploring new business regions and distribution channels. At the same time, we plan to leverage trade shows as a platform to broaden our horizons, helping our factory stay ahead by gaining insights into cutting-edge global technologies, innovative products, and tailored solutions. This will enable us to continuously enhance our product design and quality standards, ultimately paving the way for fresh breakthroughs. Additionally, we’re eager to seize this opportunity to invite European customers to visit our booth, allowing them to directly engage with us, discuss their upcoming business needs, and explore emerging trends—laying a solid foundation for next year’s deals and beyond. Notably, our company will not be bringing any physical exhibits on this trip.
The expenses related to the visiting delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. and have already been included in the company's budget for this year's official temporary overseas (or border-crossing) travel expenses.
