To strengthen and expand our business operations in Turkey, after careful consideration, it has been decided that Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of our group—will travel to Turkey on October 10, 2024, to discuss business opportunities. He is expected to stay abroad for 16 days.

The expenses related to the delegation members will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd. These costs have already been included in the company’s current-year budget for temporary official overseas (or border-crossing) travel, which is funded entirely from the company’s internal resources. The estimated cost per person is approximately 28,156 yuan.
