1 February 22 On the same day, in accordance with the group's plan to promote and implement the "Study China" learning platform across the system, the Party Branch of the Machinery Company attached great importance to this initiative. All Party members and cadres are encouraged to make full use of the "Study Strong Nation" learning platform, dedicating at least half an hour each day to study. We also welcome active participation from the broader public. Meanwhile, each branch should effectively communicate, promote, and track engagement across all departments and offices.

 

1　 “ "Study China" What platform is it?

This platform serves as a powerful tool for implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on strengthening learning and building a nation of lifelong learners, driving comprehensive Party-wide study initiatives. It also represents an innovative exploration in reinforcing theoretical education and ideological guidance under new circumstances—and is a crucial step in deepening the ongoing study, dissemination, and application of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

 

2　 How to register?

Step 1: Download

"Study China" Learning Platform PC End users can log in at www.xuexi.cn or browse via a search engine. Mobile users can follow these steps:

Method Two: Search for "Study China" in your mobile app store or software marketplace.

 

Step 2: Register

Download the app Afterward, click on "New User Registration"; enter your "Mobile Number"; after reading the "Information Protection Policy," tap "Agree" at the bottom right corner; then fill in your "Real Name and Organization." Once facial recognition verifies your identity and real-name authentication is complete, you’ll be able to access "Study China" and finish the registration process.

 

3　 How to learn?

　　Open the "Study China" mobile app, register, and you’ll be taken to the homepage, where you’ll find two main sections: "Learning" and "Video Learning," along with 38 additional features. Consisting of several channels, the "Learning" section includes categories such as Recommendations, Top News, New Ideas, Comprehensive Current Affairs, Releases, Practice, Subscriptions, Economy, People, Technology, Culture, Images, Party History, Personnel, Legal & Ethical Issues, International News, CPC 19th National Congress Coverage, Documentaries, Classic Quotes, Commentary, Reflections, and Military News.

 

　　“ "Video Learning" The platform features channels such as First Video, Short Videos, Joint Broadcast Channel, Theory, Party History, MOOCs, Personalities, Culture, Arts & Literature, Science, Nature, TV Series, Movies, Rule of Law, and Military. Notably, "First Video" primarily focuses on video coverage of activities related to General Secretary Xi Jinping, while the "Joint Broadcast Channel" offers CCTV News Simulcast videos. Meanwhile, MOOCs provide free, publicly accessible video courses spanning a wide variety of subjects.

 

　　At the bottom of the client, except for “ In addition to "Learning" and "Video Learning," there are three more buttons: "Messages," "Follow," and "My." Notably, the features under the "Messages" and "Follow" buttons are seamlessly integrated with office software, allowing users to tap the "Messages" button and instantly start chatting with their friends.

 

　　Click on “ My "buttons" include sub-channels such as learning points, quiz activities, special exams, "I Want to Complain," video conferencing, and suggestion feedback.

 

4　 Tips for Meeting the Points Requirement

 

What are learning credits?

　　Learning credits are earned by registered users through the "Study China" learning platform (including the app). End (including the PC version), rewards are earned by completing designated actions. These learning points can be redeemed for gifts, used to participate in point-based activities, and more—but they cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or converted into cash.

 

Who can earn learning credits?

　　All registered users of the "Study China" learning platform.

 

Maximize your efforts by focusing on peak periods—achieve twice the results with half the effort!

　　Some behaviors occur during specific time periods (6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. daily) • 12:00–14:00 and 20:00–22:30—points can be doubled during these times (collectively referred to as "active periods").

 

How to earn learning credits?

Login:

Earn 1 point for your first daily login Points, limited to once per day.

 

Read the article:

Earn 1 point for each article you read. Points: During active periods, you earn 2 points for each article you read, with a daily maximum of 6 points earned through this activity.

Note: Points are awarded only after reading for a valid duration, and the same article earns points just once.

 

Watch the video:

Earn 1 point for each video watched. Points: During active sessions, you earn 2 points for each video watched, with a daily maximum of 6 points earned through this activity.

Note: Points will only be awarded after a valid viewing period; the same video earns points only once.

 

Document study duration:

Read articles totaling 4 or more Earn 1 point per minute; accumulate 2 points for every full 4 minutes spent in active sessions. You can earn up to 8 points daily through this activity.

Note: Only the time spent reading the article's main content page will be rewarded; time spent on other pages will not qualify for rewards.

 

Video learning duration:

Watch videos for a total of at least 5 minutes each day Earn 1 point per minute; accumulate 2 points for every 5-minute active session. You can earn up to 10 points daily through this activity.

Note: Only effective viewing time is recorded; all non-effective viewing periods are excluded from the statistics.

 

Complete "Smart Quiz" (APP) Exclusive:

Full marks earn 2 points. Points are awarded as follows: 1 point for answering correctly but not achieving full marks, with a maximum of 6 points available daily through this activity.

 

Complete "Monday Q&A" (APP) Exclusive:

Full marks for the quiz add up to 8. Points are awarded as follows: 6 points for answering correctly but not achieving a perfect score, with participants able to earn up to 8 points daily through this activity.

Note: Repeated answers will not be graded.

 

Complete the "Specialized Exam" (APP) Exclusive:

The exam has a perfect score of 10. Points: 8 points are awarded for passing the exam but not achieving a perfect score. Participants can earn up to 10 additional points per day for this activity.

Note: No points are awarded for retakes, and no points are given if the exam is failed. Each group’s passing criteria will be determined according to the exam guidelines.

How long is the validity period of learning points?
