  To strengthen and expand our business operations in Indonesia, it has been decided after careful consideration to send Ni Jun from Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd., a company under our group, in 2019. June From May 10 to June 15, 2019, traveled to Indonesia for business negotiations, making multiple trips throughout the year and staying abroad for a total of 15 days.

  Invited by our Indonesian client to visit their factory to provide advice and technical support for their upcoming engineering expansion, this will help lay the groundwork for future collaboration between our company and theirs. Additionally, our company has already secured several multi-million-dollar contracts with other Indonesian clients, and during the machine installation and commissioning phases, on-site presence from our team will be essential. To ensure the smooth and effective execution of these contracts—and to facilitate seamless machine installation and debugging—we plan to travel to Indonesia multiple times over the next year to engage in discussions with our clients. Therefore, we are applying for approval to make frequent round-trip visits to Indonesia throughout the year. This customer has been collaborating with our company for over a decade, playing a crucial role in helping us stabilize and expand into the Southeast Asian market.

The expenses related to the visiting delegation will be borne by Tianjin Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd.
