Fiber Reinforded Calcium Silicate Sheet Production Line

 

　　Fiber Reinforced calcium silicon sheet (abbr. CS-Calcium Silicon Sheet ) is a new kind of building material, being sound for its stable performances.

　　Raw materials of Calcium Silicate Sheet are siliceous material (quartz powder, diatomite etc.), calcic material (cement, lime etc.), reinforcing fiber (pulp fiber, glass fiber, asbestos etc.). The Calcium silicate sheet is a light-weight material, its production process mainly includes slurry making, sheet-forming, autoclaving and post-treatment.

　　Since chemical reaction is taken under a high temperature/ pressure, the CS sheet has characteristics of excellent fireproof; damp-proof; long durability in life; high intensity; permanent stable size and heat/sound-insulation properties.

　　It is widely used in inner/outer walling; suspended ceiling; deadening wall and ceiling etc.

There are two types of process for CS sheet production:

　　1) Flow flurry process 

　　2) Hatschek process  

　　Sheet size: 2400 x 1200 x (5-16)mm
