AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block Plant

 

　　AAC block, mainly consists of sand/flying ash, cement, lime and gypsum etc., through procedures of milling, mixing, cutting ,autoclaving under high temperature & pressure, to form the porous crystal aeroconcrete which has features of light weight, fire resistance, sound and heat insulation /anti-permeability, machinable property etc.It is good substitution for traditional clay bricks /concrete block in high buildings.

Two types of AAC block products: 

　　1) Coal flying ash type ( flying ash as main material)

　　2) Sand type (quartz sand as main material)

　　As a good example of environment protection and reclaiming the waste , the flying ash AAC, as waste emitted from coal power station can be utilized as raw material of AAC plant.
